Applying to Veterinary School & Careers

The Davis-Michael Scholars Program provides financial and education support for animal and nutritional sciences majors to help prepare them for veterinary school. Since West Virginia does not have a veterinary school, West Virginia residents are given special consideration at two out-of-state schools where 13 "contract seats," or openings, are reserved so West Virginians can attend those schools and pay in-state-tuition.
