The Davis-Michael Coordinator is responsible for developing all activities including the seminar series, internships and thesis projects. The coordinator splits his time, half teaching in the Division of Animal and Nutritional Sciences and half advising Davis-Michael Scholars.

The Davis-Michael Veterinarian is a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). This position is teaching, service and research. This professor also serves as advisor for Davis-Michael Scholars, supervises internships and conducts site visits.

Mrs. Blake was born in WV and lives with her husband. She has 32 years of experience with West Virginia University and loves seeing students achieve their dreams.  As the Program Associate, she provides all of the administrative and technical support for the Davis-Michael program. Tammy is also responsible for scheduling program activities, Davis-Michael Tutoring Program and maintaining program-related information. Additionally, she maintains a data base of Davis-Michael Scholars, and tracks them throughout their career.
